Welcome to Cinemachina.
Cinemachina is an AI movie-making tool for creators, storytellers, entrepreneurs, educators, artists, families, and beautifully unhinged people with ideas that deserve to become films.
We built Cinemachina to help people create movies from imagination.
We did not build Cinemachina so people could create deepfakes, fake kidnappings, non-consensual sexual content, scams, fraud, harassment, impersonation, or any other creepy villain nonsense.
So here are the rules.
You may not use Cinemachina to create, assist, publish, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, deceptive, exploitative, abusive, or harmful.
That includes, but is not limited to:
If you use Cinemachina for illegal or harmful activity, we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement, payment processors, legal authorities, affected individuals, and other relevant parties.
We are not the AI movie police. We do not monitor everything you create. But if you use our tools to harm people, deceive people, exploit people, or commit crimes, that is on you — and we will not protect you.
Satire, parody, commentary, criticism, fictional storytelling, and lawful creative expression are allowed.
Cinemachina supports storytelling, humor, social commentary, education, art, and creative rebellion.
However, "it was satire" is not a magic spell that makes fraud, impersonation, harassment, sexual exploitation, or unlawful deception okay.
If your content could reasonably confuse people into thinking a real person said or did something they did not say or do, label it clearly.
If you publish or share Cinemachina-generated videos publicly, you should clearly label them as AI-generated.
At minimum, include a statement in the caption, comments, description, or post such as:
or
This is especially important if your video includes fictionalized people, synthetic voices, staged news-style content, satire, parody, political commentary, or anything that could be mistaken for real footage.
Cinemachina is currently a bring-your-own-API-key product.
That means you connect your own supported AI service accounts and API keys to generate creative assets.
You are responsible for:
One Machina, LLC is not responsible for charges, limits, restrictions, moderation decisions, account suspensions, outages, or policy enforcement by third-party AI providers.
We are keeping this simple.
Cinemachina does not store your movie projects, prompts, scripts, videos, generated assets, or creative files on One Machina servers at this time.
We may store limited information needed to operate the business, including:
Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment processor. Your payment information is subject to their systems, policies, and security practices.
The Cinemachina revenue sharing program is planned for Q3 2026.
We are tracking referrals now so we can properly attribute referrals when the program launches.
Details, eligibility rules, payout timing, tax requirements, fraud prevention rules, and final program terms will be announced before the revenue sharing program goes live.
Referral tracking does not guarantee a payout unless and until the official revenue sharing program is active and you meet the requirements of that program.
Stay tuned. The Funpocalypse has accounting.

Use Cinemachina to create movies, tell stories, build worlds, teach ideas, make art, launch campaigns, prototype visions, and bring imagination into form.
Do not use Cinemachina to harm people.
Make movies, not crimes. Welcome to the Funpocalypse.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Cinemachina is provided as a bring-your-own-API-key product. Users are responsible for connecting their own third-party AI accounts, credentials, subscriptions, and API keys.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use Cinemachina.

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether any use violates these Terms.
Cinemachina may be used for lawful satire, parody, commentary, criticism, education, fictional storytelling, and other protected creative expression.
However, users remain solely responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable laws.
Satire, parody, or commentary may not be used as a pretext for fraud, harassment, impersonation, non-consensual sexual content, threats, defamation, extortion, or other unlawful activity.
If content could reasonably be mistaken for real footage, a real statement, a real endorsement, a real emergency, or a real event, you agree to clearly label the content as AI-generated, fictionalized, satirical, or otherwise synthetic.
You agree to clearly label AI-generated videos and synthetic media when sharing, publishing, posting, distributing, or displaying content created with Cinemachina.
At minimum, AI-generated videos should be labeled in the caption, description, comments, metadata, or other reasonably visible location on the platform where the content is shared.
Suggested labels include:
Additional labeling may be required by law, platform policy, advertising rules, election rules, union rules, intellectual property agreements, distribution contracts, or other applicable obligations. You are solely responsible for complying with those requirements.

If we receive a lawful subpoena, court order, warrant, regulatory inquiry, law enforcement request, payment processor inquiry, abuse report, platform investigation, or credible report of illegal or harmful activity, we may cooperate as permitted or required by law.
This may include sharing available account, payment, referral, support, access, or usage-related information in our possession.
We may also preserve relevant information when we believe preservation is necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud, or respond to legal claims.
Cinemachina is currently designed so that user movie projects, prompts, generated videos, scripts, images, audio files, and creative assets are not stored on One Machina servers.

As between you and One Machina, you retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in the content, inputs, prompts, scripts, project files, and generated materials you create using Cinemachina.
However, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, consents, permissions, and lawful authority necessary to input, generate, use, publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content created through Cinemachina.

Cinemachina is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that Cinemachina will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every system, free from bugs, suitable for every project, commercially successful, or capable of producing any specific result.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, infringing, low-quality, unusable, or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before using, publishing, distributing, selling, licensing, or relying on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Machina, LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to your use of Cinemachina.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Machina's total liability to you for claims arising out of or related to Cinemachina will not exceed the amount you paid to One Machina for Cinemachina in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation applies to claims brought by you against One Machina. It does not limit your liability to One Machina, affected individuals, third parties, law enforcement, regulators, platforms, payment processors, or any other party for your misuse of Cinemachina, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, impersonation, harassment, non-consensual sexual content, deepfakes, intellectual property violations, reputational harm, brand damage, or other harmful activity.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless One Machina, LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, demands, investigations, penalties, fines, settlements, and attorneys' fees arising from or related to:
We may suspend, revoke, or terminate your access to Cinemachina at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the product, created legal risk, harmed others, abused support, engaged in fraud, violated payment terms, shared access improperly, or used Cinemachina for prohibited purposes.
Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to One Machina under law or equity. Sections concerning prohibited uses, user responsibility, intellectual property, data, cooperation with authorities, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of Cinemachina after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Our first path is always resolution through support. If you have a concern, complaint, billing issue, refund request, technical problem, or dispute, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court. Any claim that cannot be brought in small claims court must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents One Machina from seeking immediate injunctive or equitable relief where necessary to prevent or stop misuse of Cinemachina, prohibited content, unlawful activity, intellectual property violations, data misuse, fraud, impersonation, reputational harm, brand damage, or other harmful conduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or removed, without affecting the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with any checkout terms, product-specific terms, refund terms, privacy notices, or other written policies provided by One Machina, constitute the entire agreement between you and One Machina regarding Cinemachina. These Terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, representations, or agreements regarding Cinemachina, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by One Machina.
