Normie-Friendly Version

The Plain-English Version

Welcome to Cinemachina.

Cinemachina is an AI movie-making tool for creators, storytellers, entrepreneurs, educators, artists, families, and beautifully unhinged people with ideas that deserve to become films.

We built Cinemachina to help people create movies from imagination.

We did not build Cinemachina so people could create deepfakes, fake kidnappings, non-consensual sexual content, scams, fraud, harassment, impersonation, or any other creepy villain nonsense.

So here are the rules.

1. Do Not Use Cinemachina for Evil

You may not use Cinemachina to create, assist, publish, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, deceptive, exploitative, abusive, or harmful.

That includes, but is not limited to:

  • Deepfake pornography or non-consensual sexual content
  • Fake kidnapping videos, fake ransom videos, or staged emergency content intended to deceive
  • Impersonating real people without permission
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, extortion, or blackmail
  • Harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, or targeted abuse
  • Content designed to deceive law enforcement, employers, families, financial institutions, media outlets, voters, or the public
  • Content exploiting minors in any way
  • Content that violates someone's privacy, identity, likeness, voice, or legal rights
  • Any other use that a reasonable person would describe as "absolutely not okay"

If you use Cinemachina for illegal or harmful activity, we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement, payment processors, legal authorities, affected individuals, and other relevant parties.

We are not the AI movie police. We do not monitor everything you create. But if you use our tools to harm people, deceive people, exploit people, or commit crimes, that is on you — and we will not protect you.

2. Satire Is Allowed

Satire, parody, commentary, criticism, fictional storytelling, and lawful creative expression are allowed.

Cinemachina supports storytelling, humor, social commentary, education, art, and creative rebellion.

However, "it was satire" is not a magic spell that makes fraud, impersonation, harassment, sexual exploitation, or unlawful deception okay.

If your content could reasonably confuse people into thinking a real person said or did something they did not say or do, label it clearly.

3. Label AI-Generated Videos

If you publish or share Cinemachina-generated videos publicly, you should clearly label them as AI-generated.

At minimum, include a statement in the caption, comments, description, or post such as:

Created with AI using Cinemachina.

or

This video includes AI-generated content.

This is especially important if your video includes fictionalized people, synthetic voices, staged news-style content, satire, parody, political commentary, or anything that could be mistaken for real footage.

4. Your API Keys, Your Accounts, Your Responsibility

Cinemachina is currently a bring-your-own-API-key product.

That means you connect your own supported AI service accounts and API keys to generate creative assets.

You are responsible for:

  • Your API keys
  • Your AI service accounts
  • The costs charged by third-party AI providers
  • The content you generate
  • The content you publish
  • Following the terms of any third-party AI tools or platforms you connect to Cinemachina

One Machina, LLC is not responsible for charges, limits, restrictions, moderation decisions, account suspensions, outages, or policy enforcement by third-party AI providers.

5. What We Store

We are keeping this simple.

Cinemachina does not store your movie projects, prompts, scripts, videos, generated assets, or creative files on One Machina servers at this time.

We may store limited information needed to operate the business, including:

  • Payment records
  • Purchase status
  • Customer email
  • Product access information
  • Referral tracking data
  • Support communications if you contact us
  • Information required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution

Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment processor. Your payment information is subject to their systems, policies, and security practices.

6. Referral Tracking and Revenue Sharing

The Cinemachina revenue sharing program is planned for Q3 2026.

We are tracking referrals now so we can properly attribute referrals when the program launches.

Details, eligibility rules, payout timing, tax requirements, fraud prevention rules, and final program terms will be announced before the revenue sharing program goes live.

Referral tracking does not guarantee a payout unless and until the official revenue sharing program is active and you meet the requirements of that program.

Stay tuned. The Funpocalypse has accounting.

7. Support

You can contact Cinemachina support at: [email protected]

Support hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST

We are a small team, so replies may take up to 5 business days. If you have an urgent project, please mark your email as important and we will do our best to accommodate.

8. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Cinemachina includes a 100% money-back guarantee for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with Cinemachina, you may request a refund by emailing: [email protected]

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests involving fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, violation of these Terms, prohibited use, or attempts to misuse the refund policy.

9. The Bottom Line

Use Cinemachina to create movies, tell stories, build worlds, teach ideas, make art, launch campaigns, prototype visions, and bring imagination into form.

Do not use Cinemachina to harm people.

Make movies, not crimes. Welcome to the Funpocalypse.

Cinemachina may be used for lawful satire, parody, commentary, criticism, education, fictional storytelling, and other protected creative expression.

However, users remain solely responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable laws.

Satire, parody, or commentary may not be used as a pretext for fraud, harassment, impersonation, non-consensual sexual content, threats, defamation, extortion, or other unlawful activity.

If content could reasonably be mistaken for real footage, a real statement, a real endorsement, a real emergency, or a real event, you agree to clearly label the content as AI-generated, fictionalized, satirical, or otherwise synthetic.

8. AI-Generated Content Labeling

You agree to clearly label AI-generated videos and synthetic media when sharing, publishing, posting, distributing, or displaying content created with Cinemachina.

At minimum, AI-generated videos should be labeled in the caption, description, comments, metadata, or other reasonably visible location on the platform where the content is shared.

Suggested labels include:

"Created with AI using Cinemachina."
"This video includes AI-generated content."
"This is fictional/satirical AI-generated content."

Additional labeling may be required by law, platform policy, advertising rules, election rules, union rules, intellectual property agreements, distribution contracts, or other applicable obligations. You are solely responsible for complying with those requirements.

One Machina is not the AI movie police.

We do not currently store your movie projects, generated creative assets, prompts, videos, scripts, or production files on One Machina servers.

We do not undertake any general obligation to monitor, review, investigate, approve, moderate, or police user-created content.

10. Cooperation with Authorities

If we receive a lawful subpoena, court order, warrant, regulatory inquiry, law enforcement request, payment processor inquiry, abuse report, platform investigation, or credible report of illegal or harmful activity, we may cooperate as permitted or required by law.

This may include sharing available account, payment, referral, support, access, or usage-related information in our possession.

We may also preserve relevant information when we believe preservation is necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud, or respond to legal claims.

11. Data Storage and Privacy

Cinemachina is currently designed so that user movie projects, prompts, generated videos, scripts, images, audio files, and creative assets are not stored on One Machina servers.

We may store limited business and operational information, including:

13. Ownership of User Content

As between you and One Machina, you retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in the content, inputs, prompts, scripts, project files, and generated materials you create using Cinemachina.

However, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, consents, permissions, and lawful authority necessary to input, generate, use, publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content created through Cinemachina.

One Machina does not guarantee that AI-generated content is copyrightable, original, non-infringing, commercially usable, platform-compliant, distribution-ready, union-compliant, or free from third-party claims. You are responsible for reviewing and clearing your content before publication, distribution, sale, licensing, advertising, or commercial use.

15. Early Creator Access and Web Upgrade

Purchasers of Cinemachina desktop early creator access will receive access to the Cinemachina desktop app as described at the time of purchase.

Users who purchase eligible early creator access will receive a free upgrade to the Cinemachina web version when it launches, currently planned for early Q3 2026.

Launch timing, features, availability, compatibility, and upgrade mechanics may change based on development, testing, third-party provider availability, security requirements, infrastructure needs, or other operational considerations.

The free web upgrade does not guarantee any specific feature set, launch date, third-party integration, amount of usage, storage capacity, API credits, hosting services, or commercial outcome unless expressly stated in writing.

16. Revenue Sharing and Referral Tracking

One Machina plans to launch a Cinemachina revenue sharing program in Q3 2026. We may begin tracking referrals before the official launch.

  1. The official revenue sharing program is launched.
  2. You meet all eligibility requirements.
  3. You comply with all applicable program terms.
  4. Any required tax, payment, identity, fraud prevention, and compliance requirements are satisfied.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. We reserve the right to deny refund requests involving fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, violation of these Terms, prohibited use, unauthorized sharing, unlawful activity, or attempts to misuse the refund policy.

Refunding your purchase may terminate your access to Cinemachina, related downloads, support, updates, and any associated early creator access benefits.

19. No Professional Advice

Cinemachina does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, insurance, employment, regulatory, or professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

20. No Guarantees

Cinemachina is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that Cinemachina will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every system, free from bugs, suitable for every project, commercially successful, or capable of producing any specific result.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, infringing, low-quality, unusable, or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before using, publishing, distributing, selling, licensing, or relying on them.

21. Limitation of One Machina's Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Machina, LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to your use of Cinemachina.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Machina's total liability to you for claims arising out of or related to Cinemachina will not exceed the amount you paid to One Machina for Cinemachina in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies to claims brought by you against One Machina. It does not limit your liability to One Machina, affected individuals, third parties, law enforcement, regulators, platforms, payment processors, or any other party for your misuse of Cinemachina, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, impersonation, harassment, non-consensual sexual content, deepfakes, intellectual property violations, reputational harm, brand damage, or other harmful activity.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless One Machina, LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, demands, investigations, penalties, fines, settlements, and attorneys' fees arising from or related to:

  1. Your use or misuse of Cinemachina.
  2. Your content, prompts, inputs, outputs, projects, or publications.
  3. Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
  4. Your violation of third-party rights.
  5. Your use of third-party AI services or API keys.
  6. Your fraud, deception, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, or unlawful activity.
  7. Any claim that content you created, published, or distributed caused harm.
  8. Any harm to One Machina's brand, business, reputation, customers, partners, or service providers caused by your misuse of Cinemachina.

23. Termination

We may suspend, revoke, or terminate your access to Cinemachina at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the product, created legal risk, harmed others, abused support, engaged in fraud, violated payment terms, shared access improperly, or used Cinemachina for prohibited purposes.

Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to One Machina under law or equity. Sections concerning prohibited uses, user responsibility, intellectual property, data, cooperation with authorities, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination.

24. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of Cinemachina after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

25. Dispute Resolution

Our first path is always resolution through support. If you have a concern, complaint, billing issue, refund request, technical problem, or dispute, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court. Any claim that cannot be brought in small claims court must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Nothing in this section prevents One Machina from seeking immediate injunctive or equitable relief where necessary to prevent or stop misuse of Cinemachina, prohibited content, unlawful activity, intellectual property violations, data misuse, fraud, impersonation, reputational harm, brand damage, or other harmful conduct.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or removed, without affecting the remaining provisions.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any checkout terms, product-specific terms, refund terms, privacy notices, or other written policies provided by One Machina, constitute the entire agreement between you and One Machina regarding Cinemachina. These Terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, representations, or agreements regarding Cinemachina, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by One Machina.
